Linsi Tyreprophylaxis Linsi inside, sealed
outside
Linsi
tyresealant will provide immunity to the tread of your tyre for punctures up to
2 mm. Tyres with tube have to be filled preventive. Tubeless tyres can be
filled after a leak has occured.
And this is the way it
works:
- unscrew and remove
the valve inlet, deflate the tyre
- turn the tyre to
place the valve in the 8 o´clock position
- attach the
included adapter, rubber ring side first, by applying slight pressure and
turning to the right simultaneously, up to its half length onto the
valve
- screw the tube to
the adapter
- using the included
tubetool, smoothly and fluently wind the tube, forcing its content into the
tyre
- remove tube with
adapter from the valve
- clean the valve
from residual fluid using air pressure
- exchange damaged,
dirty or oxidated valve inlets
- reassemble the
valve and inflate the tyre

Linsi-bike will not produce a new tyre from a worn one.
Large tread damages, lateral punctures and leaks around the rim/wheel areal
will not be sealed. In such cases, for your own safety, we strongly recommend
to chage the tyre.
Problem? Whilst winding the Linis-tube the filling process
stagnates or stops.
 Cause: On
some tyre tubes, the opening connecting the valve with the tube is very small,
causing a block of this opening if the Linsi-tube is not emptied swiftly
enough.
Remedy: Remove adapter with Linsi-tube from the valve. Using
air pressure, ensure free flow into tyre tube. proceed with filling
procedure.
